Roll for Reading - Blind Date with a Book Box Decided by Fate

Roll for Reading is a Blind Date with a Book Box inspired by Roll for Sandwich as made famous by Adventures in Aardia, where we roll some dice to determine the components of your box.

What’s in it?

• A like-new book in any of our available genres (Fantasy, Fiction, Historical Fiction, Horror, LBGTQ, Memoir, Mystery, Non Fiction, Romance, Science Fiction, Thriller, Spicy, and Young Adult). The book genre and format, hardcover or paperback, will be completely random.
• Recipe card
• Annotating kit (flag sticky notes, highlighter and pen)
• Bookmark
• Two packets of tea or cocoa
• Wild Magic - extra fun items that are not available elsewhere. These include but are not limited to: sticky notes, washi tape, stickers, lanyards, keychains, notepads, enamel pins, bookmarks, tarot themed goodies, etc. All of our Wild Magic is sourced from other small businesses!
• DumDum lollipops - the amount is decided by the dice!

Let us know if you have any food sensitivities or allergies and we will re-roll the Recipe selection if it happens to land on something you can’t have. ;) Also, we have mock-tail options for those who don’t imbibe!

You may of course request certain items from each list, essentially building your own book box. Please keep in mind - you may ask for a certain kind of book but specific books are difficult to obtain within our processing timeline. If you would like a custom order with a specific book, please email us before your order so we can arrange to have the book on hand.

These books are all like-new, meaning they have been previously owned. There may be some wear-and-tear visually on the exterior, but we have a rigorous quality check that each book must pass in order to qualify to be enjoyed in one of our Roll for Reading boxes. If you are uncomfortable with receiving a like-new/used book, please look at our Blind Date with a New Book listing, or Roll for Reading After Dark where all of the books are brand new.
