Shipping policy

If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.

Lily Papers Library is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. The mailing service is a separate company that has been paid separately to do its job and must be held accountable to do so- not Lily Papers Library. We package and secure our boxes to the best of our ability to protect the buyer's purchase. You, as the buyer, will need to contact the carrier about lost items in the mail with your tracking number.

All Blind Date with a Book packages will be shipped within 7 business days after ordering. Shipping rates vary depending on weight of the overall order package and which shipping carrier you select at checkout. 

Roll for Reading Boxes may take up to 7 business days to ship due to high demand and increased processing times. If you would like a box sooner, you may order a Blind Date with a Book.
